16. Examination Committee :
The institution has the examination committee to assist the principal in conducting the university Examination and act as the continuous internal evaluation with the help of mentor committee.
As per the CBCS requirements of affiliated university, examination Committee conducts the two internal tests for (30 marks) in each semester with prior notifying of Test Timetable well in advance to the students. In this connection the committee instructs to all the subject department faculties to submit the DTP question papers well in advance to the committee to conduct the internal tests as per the Internal test schedule.
The examination committee also instructs to all the department faculties to conduct class seminars for students and collects students’ assignments to assess the student’s level of understanding in the concerned subjects and guide students individually regarding their weaknesses in the process of teaching and learning process.
After the two internal tests are over, the committee collects the subject wise students internal test marks, assignments marks, seminar marks (out of 30) from the concerned teachers submit the same to the university exam portal after entering the same into the college internal test register.

Duties :
- To successfully conduct the Semester End Examinations and prepare the Results.
- To co-ordinate with the IA Committee for smooth conduct of IA tests and receive the final IA marks on or before 15th October / April.
- To ensure that the mark lists are submitted by the lecturers to the Examination Section by due dates and the Statement of Marks are given to the Students / Parents within the stipulated time.
- To make inventory of the required Stationery well in advance and put up the requisition for required items at least 2 months in advance.
- To refer cases of malpractice in the examination to the Unfair Means Inquiry Committee / Examination Grievances Committee for necessary action.
- To process the exam remuneration bills on time.
- To prepare course/programme wise distribution of pass percentage and submit the same to the IQAC Committee.
